JACK Z7

Its signature feature is the dual AI thickness sensor: the machine reads material thickness and resistance in real time and automatically adjusts motor torque, needle penetration force, and thread tension mid-seam — so when a car-seat seam jumps from two layers to six at a junction, the operator doesn't stop, adjust, or restart. The dual alternating walking feet and secondary auto-activating thread tension engage on detected overlap, keeping both needle rows clean and even across the whole assembly.

Power comes from an 850W high-torque direct drive servo motor driving an XXL 32 mm hook (73% more bobbin capacity than a standard 2× hook) for fewer bobbin changes on long production runs. Controlled from a touchscreen panel with voice guidance and an electronic digital handwheel, the Z7-29100 runs at up to 2,600 stitches per minute with a long 12 mm maximum stitch length. Ships fully assembled with industrial table and stand.
